Eligibility & Registration
To open an account with Civi 3, you must meet the following requirements. These are strictly verified, and no exceptions will be made.
Age Restriction
- Minimum age to open an account at Civi 3 18 years. No underage individual may open or use an account.
- A national ID card, passport, or birth certificate may be required for age verification.
- Registering with a false age will result in immediate account termination, and any remaining balance may be forfeited.
Geographical Restrictions
Civi 3 primarily serves users in Bangladesh. Our services may be restricted in certain countries or regions. Attempting to bypass geographic restrictions using a VPN or proxy is strictly prohibited.
One account per person
Maximum per person A One account per person is permitted. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all accounts will be closed.
All information provided at registration must be accurate and complete. Submitting incorrect details may cause issues with future withdrawals.

Account Rules
By opening an account with Civi 3, you take on a set of responsibilities as a registered member. Fulfilling these responsibilities is mandatory.
Login Credential Security
- Keep your username and password completely confidential. Do not share them with anyone.
- If you log in on someone else's device, make sure to log out at the end of your session.
- If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact support immediately.
- Use a strong password — combining letters, numbers, and special characters.
KYC Verification
Civi 3 follows the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Identity verification is mandatory for withdrawals above a certain limit. Withdrawals may be put on hold if the required documents are not submitted.
Completing KYC increases your withdrawal limit and makes your account more secure.

Withdrawal Conditions
- Withdrawals may only be made to your own bank account or mobile number — transfers to third parties are not permitted.
- Specific wagering conditions must be met before withdrawing from a bonus balance.
- Maximum daily withdrawal limit: ৳50,000 (standard accounts); higher limits available for KYC-verified accounts.
- Civi 3 reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals in the case of suspicious transactions.

Bonus Terms
Civi 3 offers a variety of bonuses — welcome bonus, reload bonus, cashback, referral bonus, and more. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which you should read carefully before claiming.
Wagering Conditions
- Welcome Bonus: A 30x wagering requirement on the bonus amount must be met before withdrawal.
- Reload Bonus: A wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount applies.
- Cashback: No wagering requirement — withdrawable immediately.
- Referral Bonus: A 10x wagering requirement on the bonus amount must be met.
Bonus Validity
Each bonus must be used within a specified period. Welcome bonuses are generally valid for 30 days, while reload bonuses must be used within 7 days. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.
Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time. Please fulfil the conditions of any existing bonus before claiming a new one.
Bonus Abuse
Placing only low-risk bets (such as betting on all sides simultaneously) solely to meet bonus wagering requirements will be considered bonus abuse. Civi 3 reserves the right to void such bonuses.

Betting Rules
The following rules are mandatory when placing bets on Civi 3. These regulations apply to all bet types — Sports Betting, casino, lottery, and beyond.
Betting Limits
- Minimum single bet amount: ৳20
- Maximum single bet amount: determined by your account tier
- A maximum of 20 matches may be combined in a parlay bet
- Special limits may apply to live betting
Bet Cancellation Policy
Civi 3 may cancel a bet and refund the stake in the following circumstances:
- If a match or event is cancelled
- If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error
- If a match is postponed by more than 48 hours from its scheduled time
Live in-play betting on cricket, football, and other sports depends on real-time scores. Odds can change at any moment.

Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on Civi 3. Violating these rules may result in permanent account closure and legal action.
- Multiple Accounts: Opening multiple accounts under one person's name is strictly prohibited.
- Bots & Automation: Placing bets using software, bots, or scripts is strictly prohibited.
- Money Laundering: Using gambling funds for money laundering is a serious criminal offence.
- Account Sharing: Sharing your account with anyone else is strictly prohibited.
- System Hacking: Attempting to exploit the system through any technical means is strictly prohibited.
- Match Fixing: Any bet intended to influence the outcome of a match is strictly prohibited.
- False Information: Providing false information during registration or KYC is strictly prohibited.
Civi 3 reserves the right to close any account and forfeit its balance without prior notice if any of the above rules are violated.

- Anonymized data may be analyzed for service improvement purposes.
- Information may be disclosed to authorities when required by law.

Account Closure

Civi 3 may close an account without prior notice in cases of: rule violations, fraud, suspected money laundering, or legal directives.

Dispute Resolution
For any dispute or complaint, please contact our support team first. We aim to resolve all complaints within 48 hours.
- For disputes regarding bet outcomes, please contact support with your transaction ID.
- Payment disputes: Submit your application along with a bank statement.
- Other disputes: please provide full details via email.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through support, it may be referred to international gaming arbitration.
